COVID-19 Policy

At Industrial Asset Management, our priority is to make sure that our staff and customers feel safe and secure.

Mitigating the spread of COVID-19 is our number one priority and accordingly we have implemented a number of operational protocols. Please be assured our team will adhere to all the current guidelines as outlined by the State and Federal Government.

 

What to expect during inspections

  • The occupants will be asked if they are unwell or have returned from overseas in the past 14 days;
  • Our team will open all doors prior to the inspection to minimise contact;
  • No more than 3 people (including our agent) will be allowed on the property at the same time;
  • Hand sanitiser, gloves and masks will be made available to prospective lessees and buyers;

 

Industrial Asset Management Offices

Industrial Asset Management has implemented a “work from home” policy for staff to minimise the potential risk. When access to the office is absolutely essential, we have implemented an increased cleaning regime for those staff attending the office.
